I. Functional Statement

The Department shall be responsible for both Accounting and Internal Audit Service of the Local Government Unit of Allacapan.

II. Objectives

1.) To provide information concerning past operations and present condition.

2.) To provide for control of the acts of public bodies and officers in the receipt, disposition and utilization of funds and property.

3.) To report on the financial position and results of operations of the LGU-Allacapan and its 27 barangays for the information of all concerned.
