1.) Formulates measures for the consideration of the sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the Municipal mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provisions of adequate facilities which require general services expertise and technical services;
- Develops and implements plans and strategies upon approval of the Municipal Mayor particularly on General Services supportive of the welfare of the inhabitants;
- Oversees the implementation of the rules and regulations regarding the supply and property management operations of the municipal government;
- Develops and implements operating procedures concerning all aspects of supply and property management operations of the municipal government;
- Recommends to the sanggunian and advises the Municipal Mayor on all matters related to general services.
