I. Functional Statement

1.)  Assist and provide technical assistance to the Local Chief Executive concerning infrastructure projects for the development of the Municipality.

 II. Objectives

Initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objective, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general of the Local Government.
