I. Functional Statement

1.)  Formulate measures for the approval of the Sangguniang Bayan and provide technical assistance and support to the Mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provision of adequate facilities to become self-reliant and shall continue exercising the powers and discharging the duties as vested upon by the Local Government Code. Also discharges the functions and responsibilities as are necessary, appropriate, or internal to efficient and effective provision of the basic services and facilities.

II. Objectives

1.) To improve from income and generate work opportunities for farmers/fisherman and other rural workers. It shall encourage people’s participation in agricultural development through sectoral representation in agricultural policy making bodies so that Department Plan and programs are formulated/executed to satisfy their needs.
